Dedicated Circuits and Isolated Safety Ground
By definition, a Dedicated Electrical Circuit is a circuit where the power and grounding conductors are designed for use by a single appliance. Plus, the wiring for a Dedicated Circuit must run in their own conduit from the main electrical distribution panel to the appliance. An Isolated Safety Ground is basically a fully insulated wire that never touches any part of the conduit or any “noisy” electrical ground connection from the main electrical distribution panel to the appliance.
The purpose of these two is to keep a very stable, well regulated supply voltage for the desired appliances to run correctly. Common uses of Dedicated Circuits and Isolated Safety Ground Systems are for appliances that require an extremely consistent supply of power or need to have no interference from other noisy electrical circuits. Computers and musical instruments are two good examples of appliances that use these types of circuits.
DOC Services, Inc. has specialized electricians that no how to install these specific circuits. Whether you are wanting to have a new Dedicated Circuit run or are in the design stage of a new build, we can design and install these circuits.
